These terms cover garamondgoods.com and everything you buy or use on it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Who we are
Garamond Goods is operated by JLUD Designs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@garamondgoods.com.

Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, if there was a pricing error, or if an item is unavailable; if that happens after you've paid, we refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see your full card number. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Pricing and tax
Prices shown on the site exclude sales tax. Tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. Volume pricing and free shipping apply as shown at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but never for an order we've already confirmed.

Shipping, changes, and returns

Colors
We work hard to show every color accurately, but screens differ and so do dye lots. Small differences between what you see on screen and what arrives are not defects.

The color analysis
Find Your Season gives an opinion based on the photos you upload, using the twelve-season system. It is a starting point, not a professional service, and it doesn't guarantee any result. You keep all rights to your photos; we process them only to produce your result, as described in our privacy policy. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Using the site
Use the site for its intended purpose. Don't copy it at scale, interfere with how it works, try to get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content
The site, its text, images, palettes, and the Garamond Goods name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use of our content needs our written permission.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our totawith any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms
limits liability that can't be limitedhts you have as a consumer.

Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be heard in the state or

We may update these terms from time to tells you when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
